In order to provide our Website’s services, including but not limited to, medical flight case management services, air ambulance coordination services, airline medical escort services, and educational and training programs (collectively, the "Services") through our division Velosity Aero Medical Studies (“Velosity”), we may access and collect various types of personal information, including but not limited to:

● Travel and Appointment Information: Details regarding the coordination of medical travel, including travel documents, flight details, itinerary information, patient release authorizations, and ground transportation arrangements.
● Patient and Service Records: Information related to individuals receiving our medical services, including their current status, medical condition updates, medical flight logs, transfer progress reports, and post-service assessments.
● Training and Education Data: For participants in Velosity's educational programs, we may collect information such as course registration details, completed assessments, certifications, and professional background relevant to the training.
● Payment Information: We may collect and process payment details such as credit card information, wire transfer details, or cheque information, depending on the method of payment. Payments may be facilitated through trusted third-party processors, including Moneris and Chase Payment Solutions, to ensure secure transactions for Services rendered. For Services covered by insurers or healthcare facilities, we may process payments or accept cheques directly through those third-party payers.

● Data Protection: Personal Information is securely managed within the OSCAR system for medical records. Access is restricted to designated office staff, each of whom must log in using two distinct passwords.
● Physical Security: Our office is equipped with outdoor security cameras and a monitored entry system. Access is granted only to authorized individuals, each with a unique entry code.
● Secure Record Disposal: Physical records are securely disposed of through a
Stericycle/Shred-it disposal system. On-site shredding is conducted bi-monthly to ensure sensitive information is properly destroyed.
● Annual Audits: We conduct annual reviews of our data security measures in compliance with ISO 9001-2015 protocols, ensuring high standards of security and operational excellence.
While we employ robust security measures to safeguard your Personal Information, no system is entirely immune to risks. The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Website like message boards, which any Website visitor can view.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure.
